Saturday Comedy!

Two words. Simon Pegg.
This is one of the best uses of Will Arnett since Arrested Development. Don’t play this around children, unless you want to answer lots of awkward questions. I wasn’t sure about Human Giant at first, but the second season is growing on me. Anyone else?
This week, I thought I’d celebrate the return of Bob and David to HBO (Yeah, that’s right!) with a classic sketch from Mr. Show with Bob and David. It’s called The Audition, and it’s one of the best written pieces of comedy out there. I would put this thing up against any live sketches SNL has done in the past 5 years!
“Yes. It’s a good play!”
Thanks to my buddy Brad, I’m able to share with you the least convincing commercial for a video production company. Who needs a movie of your own memories when you can just watch this over and over again??
Okay, so I know I did a Tim and Eric (Cartoon Network) comedy post a few weeks ago, but I can’t help but post this one too. My favorite part is at :30 seconds. It’s a weird video, but a word of warning: you may be find this song popping in your head at random times throughout the day.
You know, my dad kinda looks like Chris Berman. But I’ve never heard my dad talk like this! This has a few swear words in it.
There are plenty of reasons you don’t see hockey players in commercials. Here are four.
(the first 8 seconds are black. Just wait for it)
Bonus points for whoever can figure out what the hell Sergei Gonchar is saying. (He’s the one who sounds like a drunken Yakov Smirnoff. And no, I couldn’t think of a more recent Russian reference.)
In an attempt to bring a new feature to the site, titled Snap Judgment, I inadvertently created the Saturday Comedy video as well.
Watch as I try to review the movie Zoo, and fail. Miserably.

My favorite commercial ever.
Whoa, Robert Loggia! Look how satisfied ‘The Loge’ is with himself at :23. I wish I could rent Robert Loggia and have him come over to re-enact this commercial with me.
What’s better than having The Fonz teach kids about molestation? What’s that? Did you say Henry Winkler in a lavender sweater?? How about a man dressed like Super Mario on a playground singing a song about penises?
Here’s Strong Kids, Safe Kids, a PSA from 1984.
My favorite parts of the video:
:24 – Henry Winkler: “And I’m very glad to see you.”
The Look On The Kid’s Face: “Please don’t rape me, mister!”
:50 – The Fonz threatens to run over children’s knees with his bike.
1:29 – The Penis Song.
1:48 – The creepiest use of the word “Virginia”
2:06 – “Anus.”
